Help with PillLabel.

New scans need verified Premium access. Scanning also needs an initial model download, enough storage, and a supported device. One-label scanning requires at least 4 GiB reported RAM; printed-prescription scanning requires at least 6 GiB. Enter manually remains available without a model download.

Check notification permission, Focus or Do Not Disturb, battery restrictions, and app reminder status. Device settings and operating-system limits can delay or suppress a notification. Your Today view remains the place to check and record a dose. PillLabel does not treat a missed notification as a recorded dose.

Use Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple or Google store account used for the purchase. A purchase restores access on that platform; it does not restore medicine records and does not transfer between Apple and Google.

Use a PillLabel archive you previously exported from Your data. Import replaces local records after validation; it does not merge archives. Keep the original archive in a trusted location. PillLabel archives are not app-encrypted.

New scans and new medicine or routine creation require Premium. Your existing medicines, reminders, dose actions, history, routine edits, and local export or deletion remain available.

Manage a subscription through the store where you bought it. Deleting PillLabel data or removing the app does not cancel a store subscription. The app’s Purchase details screen also provides management and restore actions.
